FORMAL EDUCATION: The Society is running two High Schools in Jhargram - one Bengali Medium recognized by the WBBSE and the other residential English Medium affiliated to the CBSE. The schools imparts quality education to the children - including the poor and deprived tribal children, destitute and physically challenged children. More than 500 children are provided scope for education in remote areas.

OPEN BASIC EDUCATION: As an accredited center of the National Institute of Open Learning under Ministry of HRD the Society provides easy access education to the deprived street, working and vulnerable Children of north Kolkata through 10 centers. Recreation, Nutrition and Healthcare for the enrolled children are the important component of the project. 300 street and working children including children of redlight areas are covered through the project.

COMPUTER EDUCATION: The Society runs the computer education center in Baranagore for the deprived adolescent and youth in the courses of Computer Application, MS Office and DTP. Annually 80 students are enrolled.

SARVA SHIKSHA MISSION: The twin projects are run in Baaranagore and north Kolkata areas. The projects cover 2460 deprived and out- of-school children access to education.

ADULT & CONTINUING EDUCATION: The programme is run for adult villagers of Jhargram under the Special Adult Literacy Drive(SALD) by the students of higher classes. 35 village adults are beneficiaries of SALD.

MAINSTREAMING INTO FORMAL SYSTEM OF EDUCATION: The Society in collaboration with the Government of West Bengal and NGOs in Kolkata & Howrah implements this project for street and working children. Annually 1000 children are admitted into formal schools and retained.

EDUCATION IN VOCATIONAL STREAMS: Vocational Training centers in Printing Press, Book Binding, Soft toy making, Bakery & Confectionery for the destitute and underprivileged children are run in Jhargram and Baranagore. Annually 450 children are beneficiaries of the centers.

INTEGRATED EDUCATION FOR DISABLED CHILDREN: The Society as the DLRO runs programme for integration of locomotor, mentally retarded, visual impaired and hearing impaired Children into formal schools in Jhargram, Tarakeswar and North Kolkata areas. This programme is run under the Sarva Shiksha Mission.

ACTING AS THE EKALABYA MODEL FEEDER SCHOOL FOR IMPARTING EDUCATION FOR THE DEPRIVED TRIBAL CHILDREN: The Society’s CBSE affiliated School in Jhargram acts as the Ekalabya Model Feeder School being selected by the Backward Caste Welfare Department of the Government of West Bengal. The project involves quality Central Board of Secondary Education system of education for the poor tribal children with residential facilities provided.
